Terms & Conditions Summary
Booking & Deposits
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows.
Health & Vaccinations
Pets must be healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to decline service if a pet shows signs of illness.
Matted Coats
Severely matted coats may require additional charges. In extreme cases, shaving may be necessary for the pet's comfort.
Liability
Sparkly Paws takes the utmost care with every pet. We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions discovered during grooming.
Photography
We may photograph your pet for our social media (with your permission). You can opt out at any time.
